Candidate should have minimum 5 years post qualification experience and possess a Degree in Arts/Commerce/Science/Law and a Post Graduate Degree/Diploma in IRPM / HRM covering Labour Welfare as special subject of not less than two years duration as per Rule 76-B (2) of A.P. Factories Rules, conducted by a University/Institute and recognized by the State Government of Andhra Pradesh.
The desired age group is around 35 years. Relaxation in age will be considered in case of more experienced and deserving candidates.
