We require a qualified person to lead all day to day activities of the Company under all statutory requirements. Candidate should be an ACS and having Membership of Institute of Company Secretaries of India. Persons having B.L. / Corporate Law will be an added advantage. Candidate should have post qualification experience of 10 – 15 years in a reputed organization and should be conversant with Company Law matters, SEBI regulations, coordinating meetings of shareholders / Board of Directors and other inter related functions.

The desired age group is around 45 years. Relaxation in age will be considered in case of more experienced and deserving candidates.
